What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours at the moment are: Sat and Sun: 10am – 6pm

Is Box On The Move a moving company?

No, Box On The Move is not a moving company. We offer eco-friendly solution to moving by providing reusable, sturdy moving boxes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order and get a refund if the order is cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to its scheduled delivery time. For a successfully cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded LESS a five percent (5%) administrative fee. If the Renter cancels its order less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to its scheduled delivery time or after delivery of the equipment, there will be no refund given to the Renter.

Can I keep my boxes longer than the rental period?

Yes, please notify us the length of time needed; additional charges apply. Rentals greater than 2 weeks have a flat weekly rate of $100.

Can I return boxes if I overestimate how many I need?

Unfortunately, we do not pick up unused boxes

Are boxes cleaned between rentals?

Yes, we disinfect and clean each box after each use

Do you prorate if I am done with the boxes early?

We do not offer refunds for early returns

What if I need more boxes?

We will try our best to accommodate your needs; however, redelivery will include additional charges for delivery ($35) and $5 per box

How high can I stack filled boxes?

We recommend filled boxes not stacked more than 4 boxes high. The heaviest box at the bottom while the lightest stacked at the top.

What is the size of the box?

Our box size is 27*17*12

What if I damage a box?

We understand mistakes do happen. In the event a box is damaged, you will be responsible for a replacement fee.

Where do you deliver?

Union County, Matthews, Pineville, Mint Hill and Charlotte

Do I need to be home during delivery and pick up of the boxes?

Yes, we will need you or someone 18 or older present.

How soon can I get the moving boxes delivered?

You can place your order for next-day delivery. If next-day delivery is not available, please check for the next earliest delivery date.
